Description LG-6960 Arsine Generator Designed for multiple arsenic determinations. A sample containing arsenic is placed within the flask and converted to arsine gas. Hydrogen sulfide is removed from the sample as the gas is generated by packing the scrubber cavity with lead impregnated glass wool. The absorber tube containing the diethyldithiocarbamate reagent absorbs the arsine gas and forms a red complex. The product is transferred to a cuvet which is read on a colorimeter or spectrometer.
